Matt Sterne

Founder & Creative Partner
Matt has led prominent advertising agencies as Executive Creative Director before founding The Cowboys.

Matt's creative journey has been fueled by a passion for storytelling and film directing. In 2023, he released his first documentary titled "Ghost Town Cricket."

As a Creative Partner and founder Matt continues to inspire and lead teams in creating impactful and memorable experiences that connect brands with their audiences on a deeper level.

Jarrad Collings

Founder & Creative Partner
Jarrad's approach to advertising is deeply rooted in the art of strategic storytelling. Having led one of Australia's fastest growing advertising agencies as Executive Creative Director he then founded The Cowboys.

He believes that great advertising should not only promote but also inspire, educate, and entertain audiences.

As a Creative Parter and founder, Jarrad focuses on delivering strategic creative solutions that resonate with audiences and drive business growth.
